Preliminary Elections Held Today in Oslo

The preliminary voting for Kalon Tripa and European Chitue took place in Oslo today. We are about 45 Tibetans here, out of which 32 are eligible to vote. Out of the 32, 23 were registered in advanced and in the end, 17 came to vote. Some of them live outside of Oslo so were unable to come personally and could not vote by post or any other way.
